Pounded

Blue Bulls put a hurtin’ on the Rubbies tonight 24-13.  Nothing to say other than I pretty much suck these days.  Buried within my pathetic performance I threw a ton-80, but I would have gladly traded that for winning some of the legs I frittered away.

Oh well.  It’s gotta get better.

    Go Blue Bulls!

  2. A 9 Mark week 1 and a T80 in week two! John way to go it seems as if you are becoming more consistant. Even if it does not seem it to you, the proof is in the shots. I remember back a little while that you would not have done that in an entire season. Good going bud…maybe being president has some hidden power which could explain my darts lately!

Anyway..where is your first post as president on the Seouldarts webesite?

  3. Thanks Petro, but I am anything but consistent these days. I am actually embarassed by my game right now. So, I figure it’s gotta get better. I keep telling myself that anyway…

  4. And Craig, you wouldn’t recognize the Bulls. Not a token North American in sight!

  5. 1-2-3 Blue Bulls!
Wish we were there to get into the mix. Sounds like you are shooting the lights out, even if the results aren’t in your favour in the win column…yet.

  7. Good luck Dave. Are you playing in the same league as Duke?

  8. Same Leage (yup). I think we are even going to play against each other. I just started a new tuesday night team with a 4 left-over not team players and won our first game. Then I play in the same division as Dave on wednseday. Maybe next season Dave will step up and start a Rubbies team and let me play!!!! LOL.

  9. Are they going to allow those 50 gram grenades? I must admit I miss the sound of that “thunk” when Dave is throwing…

  10. Next week will be the tale of the two mighty ex-SIDL players playing against each other. Dave’s team comes to my house for an ass-whipping. the beer will flow and my darts will thunder and lightning will rain down on them. Of course Dave’s darts only thunder louder because they are 30grams heavier.

  11. Yes, sometimes late at night we hear an eerie “thunk-thunk-thunk-” echo through the bar and we nod knowingly to one another and say “ah, the ghost of Dave’s darts…”

Good luck in your match…Hope you two face off head to head.
